Matariki in scratch

We have been learning how to do scratch I liked doing backgrounds and our theme was to do Matariki I really enjoyed doing scratch because it was enjoyable.

Have you ever done your name and sign language?

Today we were learning how to pronounce names and sign language. My name was very easy because my name is very short. Some people struggle to do their names because hanging signals was very tricky.

I found it easy to do my name in sign language.

I found it tricky to not be shy of the camera.

ANZAC Day postcard

Today we were learning about ANZAC day because many men died and we want to celebrate their hard work. We had to write it to whoever we wanted to. I wrote it to my family. Then I had to write what we ate in the war and then I had to write what it meant to be in a war.

My postcard was easy to make my postcard and it was difficult to think of things to write about.

My special Mother's Day card

 Today for Mother's day and my class made a card for there Mother's. We used kebab sticks and a black piece of paper and mad a heart it was really hard. Here is a photo of my Mother's Day card.

I found it tricky to put the stick through the little hole.

I found it easy to weave.

 I was learning the story of easter and it's sad how Jesus had to die.

I  enjoyed reading this and because its interesting.

I found it challenging to read my story in front of my chromebook because i'm shy.

Next time i would read properly like my story.
