Today me and one other student had the same task we had to get a jar,vinegar and then we had to leave the egg over night. Here is a photo of my experiment. after we left the egg overnight I came back and looked at the egg. I touched the egg and it felt soft. I took the egg out and bounced it. vinegar has acid in it so that's how it made the shelf soft.
Awesome Noe, what a fun experiment. I love that you added your thoughts on how the egg went from being hard and fragile to soft and bouncy. I wonder how high you can bounce it before it breaks?

ReplyDeleteMy favourite part of your blog post was reading the information about why the egg going soft and bouncy. Thank you for teaching me that it is because the vinegar is acidic. Maybe next time you could add a video of your egg bouncing.
